Hi there,

I have a major problem in Blender with importing a video.
First of all I will show the specs of my pc:

Satellite C670-13T (Laptop)
Intel i5-2410 @ 2.30GHz (4CPUs)
8192MB DDRAM

Graphics: Intel HD Graphics Family @ 1696MB
On DirectX 11

Drivers all up to Date.

Blender v2.63.5 (Tomato Branch)

The Problem:

When I import a video (@ 50fps, 29.97fps or 25fps / HD, SD / AVI, MPEG, WMV, ...) in the Movie Clip Editor, I can not view the movie realtime. I can see the movie frame by frame, or when I press pause, it will jump to the movieframe where paused.

This is a serious problem since I just began learning this and really want to get my hands on it.

I also use Adobe After Effects, Sony Vegas Pro and I haven't encountered a problem like this before.

I also tried to Cache up in the user preferences without succes.

Hope someone can help me and it's not possible that my computer cannot take this kind of operations. Though I might think somewhere it's because the video is played in OpenGL.

Thx in advance,

Dries

Forgot to mention something:

When I click my mouse on the timeline and keep LMB pressed, I can see the movie perfectly by hovering through the timeline, AND very smooth! It's only the play that doesnt do it...
