Dutch translation for Blender

Postby Mark aka Dark » Mon Jun 04, 2012 2:33 pm

I'm quite new to Blender and tried to apply the dutch language to Blender. It didn't make any difference, most of the UI is still english. Thougt to do some translation of the UI to Dutch. Before starting on this i'd like to know if somebody else is doing something like this or not.

If so, i'd like to help.
If not, i'd like to start. But how do i do this? any help?

P.S. Since a week there is a small Dutch community! Check it out on dbc.mad-creations.nl

Internationalization is a new feature for Blender. As of the next release, only French and Chinese (if memory serves) will be 100% finished.

If you are interested in getting involved, look under the development link at the top of the page. Making contact via the #blendercoders IRC channel on freenode.net or the Blender mailing list can be helpful. Don't forget to sign up before you post!

I joined the Bf-translations-dev mailing list. But what to do now? Just mail to them?
