chat icon When will cycles renderer support CUDA 3.0?

Hi,

About to buy a new graphics card and am hesitating between GTX 590, which runs with CUDA 2.1 and is supported by Cycles, or GTX 680 which runs with CUDA 3.0 and is not (yet?) supported by cycles.

Any chance Cycles renderer will support CUDA v3.0 any time soon?

I am thinking of buying a new graphics card... and I dont want to miss Cycles gpu rendering.. so anyone knows?
