I ran a test render before I commence to the render of the whole animation and I'm running into a problem. As you can see in the picture, there are black "holes" or patches that are there. I've been trying to figure this out but can not find a solution. I'm using Blender 2.63. My resolution is up to 100% and anti-aliasing at 11.

Object specs:

A plane with dimensions: x = 120, y = 60, z = 5.
Subdivided resulting in 24654 faces.
Wave and particles system modifier on it.
The particle system is referencing a cube with dimensions x = .50, y= .50, z= 20 for the dupli object.
I have plain white for the material
