chat icon Adding a texture to a mesh brings up weird lines

Hi, I'm new to blender so I may have the workflow wrong but after watching a tutorial on 2D animation I decided to try it myself.

Anyway a friend thinks it might have been something to do with Premultiply but it shows with that option ticked or not.

On different angles or zooms it disappears and reappears and it does show up in a render, any ideas how to get rid of it?
