Export to .h file from Blender

How can I export to .h Model file from Blender? I am using Windows7 do we have any addon for this?

Content of the .h file will look like this

but even this isn't what you look for, it's not hard to develop a simple export addon for your case!
I'm sitting, waiting, wishing, building Blender in superstition...
