As you zoom in with the mouse wheel, the camera's movements scale down. The is a great feature, but I don't want it. Can I disable it?
SO OFTEN, I'll be trying to zoom into my mesh, but the scale of the camera movements is microscopic. So I am forced to go into fly mode (shift f) in order to actually position my camera properly.
Just as often, when I need a minimal amount of zoom on the very same area of the mesh, and my camera jumps 5 meters forward and back with every small bump of the mouse wheel. Again, I need to go into fly mode and move backwards, then mouse wheel-zoom in to rescale the camera's movements.
This has to be done about every 5 minutes, and it's the MOST ANNOYING thing.
Is there a way to simply have the camera move at one single rate? I do not want it to adjust it's rate of movement based on zoom level.
I can't find the solution via Google. Any ideas?
I found a solution for myself: View Selected
Default Hotkey was Numpad .
So I remapped it to q and now I can move around as I need.
