Do you have your texture names in the SMD correctly, and called out properly in the QC and VTF/VMT files?
Compiling MDL files can be an exercise in frustration until you get the formula just right. Then its a matter of doing it the same way every time.

No because if I open my SMD in milkshape 3D, I have material names, but I need to put again my textures on my groups

I know not of Milkshape, but it sounds like a naming issue.
You need to make sure your material names are the same as the texture so the SMD will have the texture name in it.

names are good because when I import my smd in milkshape he recognize all my group/textures names, but I must to replace textures in mikshape and after export as my final smd.
I don't know why
