I have asked this on BA, too. Anyway, I have this problem with tooltip text. They are unreadable. All other texts are normal.

Anyone knows what could be the problem?

Blender v2.64 64bit on winXP64.

User Prefs --> System --> Middle Column

'Text Anti-aliasing' ?
