Hi,

In Blender 2.63 when i load blender files saved from 2.49, it also loads the UI layout.

Is there a way to restore original 2.63 UI layout while keeping the 2.49 objects/animations? Factory settings wipe everything, and i get a cube only.

When you load the file, there is a checkbox on the left side of the File > Open menu labed 'Load UI'. Uncheck it.
