Hello, I'm rigging this arm and I want it to rotate so I just set it up like a normal rigging thing but then when I slide that bar that has the value of the rigging the rotating part appears to shrink in and then out while it's doing it's rotation so can some one please just tell me how to stop this from happening.

In the armature modifier box select "preserve volume"
