Hello,

I'm new to Blender and I'm having some difficulty creating a video using a 3 party video editing software called AVS Video Editor, the problem is that when I load the PNG image files that I created into this editor the animation goes from 6 sec to a whopping 14 min 10 sec,, I've used Blenders Video Sequence Editor and it turns out fine. I'd like to continue using the AVS program if possible.

Thanks in advance,

Just a guess...

6 seconds at 30 frames per second is 720 frames. (720 PNG files)

720 frames at 2 seconds per frame is 14min and 10 seconds

If you have more than 720 PNG files for that 6 seconds of video, then you need to turn down the framerate at which Blender renders its output.

Otherwise...

Somewhere, within AVS, there should be a way to set how many frames per second still frames are imported as. This option would be better addressed in an AVS forum.

Alternatively, you could render your Blender frames as a video file via Blenders sequencer, then import that video file into AVS for further editing.

Thanks for the quick reply folks,

I tried Quicktime and it worked without a hitch.
