hi. iīm pretty new in blender and i starting with version 2.54 beta on a mac.
i have seen in different tutorials that there is a panel in the left 3d viewport call "tool shelf" witch allows you to create new buttons.
i donīt have it and have no idea how to reveal it.
i have try to load factory setting but it doesnīt come.
any one know how to get it please.
thanks and sorry for my terrible english...
Press T to toggle it. Or click on the little
+ on the top left of the 3d view.
As for the "tool shelf" part where you add buttons, it was temporarily removed by the devs so it can be implemented better.
Press T
(where from?) to toggle it. Or click on the little + on the top left of the 3d view
(cannot be found).
Nothing similar to the contents of the manual
http://wiki.blender.org/index.php/Doc:2.5/Manual/Your_First_Animation/1.A_static_Gingerbread_Man can be seen
Can anyone help?
Hints to the manual writers: PLEASE - Always indicate a starting point of a procedure and do not spare screen shots in the context, i.e. showing what the environment is - not just the referenced window or screen object.
Just stumbled across this while searching for 'cannot see tool shelf' - if your following tutorial - -make sure you are in 'edit mode' (bottom left)
