When I save my blender file, and Im typing its name for example: Stickman.
When I am done it says Stickma and i have to perform one more action before it creates the n. its the same in the edit mode and stuff with selecting and changing vertices
Whats going on?

I've never experienced any of these problems, but it sounds like your input management is having trouble. What platform (Operating System) are you running Blender on?

Without further information, I would hazard a guess that it is an Intel Video Chipset needing newer drivers.
