Added Vertex Loop Select Tool
-Located in K menu (for now)
-Confirm with 'Shift' modifier to add to selection, 'Alt' to subtract otherwise selection replaces old selection

Also the new constraint (distance limit) is very usefull!

I hope to see this features in Bf-Blender soon.
