Todays CVS Build:
This CVS Build has been obsoleted by a newer build
http://www.letwory.net/cvsbuilds/bf_blender_windows_20040110.zip
Again, this is build with the
SCons, using MSVC7 as the compiler. It has
TTF,
International,
Quicktime and
OpenAL support compiled in. There is still no game-engine, but we hope to get it enabled at some point, though (keep the faith! and test/explore other features in the meantime).
This build was a little late, but here are the relevant parts from the CVS commit logs:
* (
bug fix)
yafray Eeshlo fixed a bug with dupliverted lamps - now exporting. Same commit skips envmaps, octree and radiosity when YafRay is enabled.
* (
bug fix)
subsurf wrong flipping of normals during render fixed. Now also autosmooth and halos work with subsurf. (zr)
* (
bug fix)
yafray fixed unit problem texture paths export for YafRay.
* (
feature)
image formats BMP output. (But somewhat truncated images, this will be fixed later on).
* (
progress)
interface "Simple" button changed to pulldown menu.
* (
progress)
interface Butspace and sound menus added. Sequence and Ipo menus tweaked.
* (
progress)
textures Normal calculation of procedural textures improved.
* (
progress)
interface Theme section improved.
* (

yafray (win32) unresolved symbol fixed.
Enjoy!

The var slider for displacement didn't work(or is it?) and i'm not quiet like how the displacement look when using cloud texture(not like how it look before) but i like how the bummap look with it.
Thanks alot for your build jesterKing and thanks to the coders for the update.
Oh, use nor slide to control the displacement value...sorry
YES!! if i use colorband and remove the black bit of the cloud texture, it displace as before and it also control with var slider and not nor.
...also work with noise, blend, wood and marble
