afaik all passwords here and at the Members section have been choosen by the users themselves.
What do you mean?

Ton: when you register on the forum, it sends you a temporary password by e-mail.

Alvaro: click on the My Account link in the nav bar at the left of the screen, than click on Change your info. The new password thingy is at the bottom of the list.
