would be great if there was a section called "press", where you find articles journalists can use for their newspaper/website/whatever, screenshots (ok, you can find one at blender3d.org; but only ONE?), high quality blender-logos (maybe vector graphics...), a short history and "photos" showing boxes of the releases (something you can touch).
Anyway the articles should contain hires photos (recently eg: the blendermanual or events) and short descriptions if they don't want to write a whole article but somekindof short information.

Great idea! Like it! Would be specially useful to be able to download the Blender logo hi-res. Maybe this could be incorporated into the new website design coming soon.
Only thing:
Photo's of releases you say? I don't think Blender was ever released as a boxed set, only with the 2.0 manual and the soon-to-be-released 2.3 manual.
