You should join the docboard mailing list and have a look
at the documentation section, as you might see there
is a 'Quick Start' chapter which is 'in progress'
so you might join in with your tutorial for that.
For the other tutorials, my general thought is that tutorial should not go in
the Core Documentation but be kept as stand alone docs, of
course indicized, categorized and uniformized
Since most of them aren't yours this will be more delicate.
