Too bad it isn't included in 2.40, it would be great to have it on the official version.

rcas,

unless they relicense it, it can't be included with Blender.

Maybe I'll email them and explain that we are interested in including it with our distribution, but would need it to be gpled. I have my doubts of success, but is worth a try Smile

Has anything happened on this of late? I use vrml quite a bit and would be interested in further developments here. From the thread, though, there appears to be some issues with compatible players.

Most features are X3D compatible which is a successor of VRML. Basic texture and material features are VRML kompatible too.
I'm working on an update which willl be available soon.

ElBarto, I can get none of the cameras (out of 3) to line up in when exporting to VRML. I've tried deleting them, renaimg them, locating them on different sides of the default plane. I couldn't find any info on this in your usage document. I can send the blend if needed, but thought you might know to try something.
