first of all, the yafray output while trying to render the image:

And second problem:

So I installed Linux...
This should not be posted here. This is the Blender development site, not the YAFray site.
You should post this in the forum at www.yafray.org
Sorry, but this is a site for Blender.
Reality is an illusion caused by lack of alcohol.
bgdm, i don't totaly agree with you
Yes, it isn't the yafray site but this is a Rendering forum, and Yafray is a renderer for Blender. Furthermore, Renderman who is an external renderer too, is often here in this forum.
I agree with shadow, because it's not a question about Blender developing, it's just a "I dont know how to run this 3rd part software".
Anyway, he can get a better and faster respone from Yafray site.
Like ever it's just my opinion.
"Some Day, All Will Be Digital"
Well, would someone hurry up and integrate Yafray into Blender then?
I think that using blender.org
as a development only site is a terrible
idea. Sure, it says 'blender development' in tiny letters in the upper right hand corner, but having to go to elysiun.com
(what the heck does that
mean?) is just strange.
I'm sure there are historical reasons for the seperation, but adding 'User Forum' seems the sensible thing to do.
At a minimum, rename 'Forum' to 'Developer Forum', and have 'User Forum' link to elYsiun. That should eliminate a lot of confusion.

This gets my vote.
