but, maybe it's possible to put the original NaN tutorials for download, to allow us to put it on the web (in it's original form), before all the NaN content is restored and processed?

Lots of original tuts were saved before the shipwreck.

Go to www.elysion.com and search, in the Q&A forum the topmost post 'Current List of Tutorials'

I was not aware of most of the sites on the list, and in one of them I found just what I was looking for :) They were the really basic (and a little more) tutorials, that I could direct people who show interest in Blender.
