Hello....

I'm a real beginner of Blender and Python. I got some problem when I compiled Blender using "cygwin".

The error message is as following:

/usr/bin/python2.2 -S -O freeze.py -d -x os -x pprint -x Blender -I ../modules -o ../frozen ../modules/VRMLmain.py
load_module 'exceptions' None None
load_module -> Module('exceptions')
run_script '../modules/VRMLmain.py'
...............................
File "freeze.py", line 461, in ?
main()
File "freeze.py", line 341, in main
mf.run_script(scriptfile)
File "modulefinder.py", line 98, in run_script
self.load_module('__main__', fp, pathname, stuff)
...............................
File "modulefinder.py", line 253, in load_module
co = compile(fp.read()+'\n', pathname, 'exec')
File "<string>", line 2

^
SyntaxError: invalid syntax
make: *** [../frozen/libfrozen.a] Error 1

Did I do something wrong ? Embarassed

Thanks in advance...

I'm having the same problem too. I'm guessing it's something to do with Python, but I don't know what. here's my error message:
