Blender for school aged students

Monique Dewanchand

Friday 28 October Theater 30

The first Dutch coder class has made Blender part of their curriculum. 3Dami again ran a very successful summer school with impressive results from students age 14-18 years. B3d101 registered more than 20 Blender code events or school projects for young students from age 10-16 years in the past months.

These facts show that young students and schools are looking seriously into Blender as part of their school programme. Can we create an ecosystem for young students and schools to learn and teach about Blender. In this talk Peter and Tom from 3Dami (3dami.org) and Monique from b3d101 will share their thoughts and experience.
