This is very exciting! I was learning Zbrush at college, but my gosh it is a bear to wrap your head around the interface. I'd much rather use Blender. This feature sounds similar to Zbrush's Dynamesh feature. It basically dynamically world grids your mesh for tons of detail possibilities. Of course ...

This drove me nuts for a few minutes. Pres Tab to get your mesh into edit mode. Then the Normals buttons show up in the Properties panel. :)

sonicocr, Your Video Mapping Test was awesome! Those cubes looked real, as if they were popping out of those object receiving the projections. I know if Midi sensors were integrated in Blender's game engine, you would certainly utilize them proficiently. Personally working on OS X, I am hoping to fi...

Bug: Render Preview tool not refreshing

The following happened with Blender 2.42a OSX ppc python 2.3 version. The Render Preview tool does not refresh when size, rotation, or location is cleared (by pressing alt-s, alt-r, or alt-g respectively). I have included a short video of this here (It's only 1.8 mb): http://homepage.mac.com/cobyr/....

It isn't exactly what I'm looking for. However, I wonder what would happen if you could record the camera's flymode feature. Heh. Ok, I don't mean to...

Feature Request: Realtime IPO editing

The other day I tried tweaking an animation of mine while the animation playback was running... thinking of how cool it would be if I could adjust the IPOs and watch as the animation preview changed to the dynamic scene I was imagining. Didn't happen. What exactly am I requesting? No more of t...

Wow! I downloaded Hand-Sample.blend and it is crazy! How in the world did those Japanese constrain those bones to only move the fingers so far and so smoothly too! Good grief that's nice. I gotta look more into that .blend and find out how they did that. Thanks for sharing these! :D
