ok i recently updated my grahics-drive to 97.25, but the problem is still there, so thanks anyway, its just simply annoying, because i can add a UVSphere in any other scene i made, if its empty or not that doesn't matter, so why does Blender crash, if i add a UVsphere in specific scene.

I'm currently working on a model, and in the last days i often noticed that blender crashes during the modeling-process. Maybe you should add a "Clear Bake" button to clear the bake. Because there is a bug. I have made a small video using the fluid feature.
it took me only a few minutes to calculate and to render.
ok there no materials on the mesh, but i love this fluid feature, i hope this will be in Blender 2.38...
