rotate around active
The current implementation of rotate around active is not very useful. For this feature to be usable the definition of "active" needs to include faces, verts, and edges.

New SNAP functionality
The new vertex snapping is great! Although I am generally happy with this addition I am disappointed with one part of its implementation. We shouldn't have to choose between vertex snap and grid snap. That's just silly and a pain in the butt. They should be available simultaneously. I propose switch...

View rotation Feature Request
It would be nice if we had an option in edit mode to always be able to rotate the view around the currently selected vert, edge, or face group.

To be honest with you I wanted to suggest a better hotkey such as the V key, but I thought I'd try for something that I thought would be more likely to happen. The V key would be cool. I believe that a long time ago Theeth had a nice snap tool on that key. The new merge tools are nice but I hope som...

merge verts tool useability suggestion
During regular use I find that I use the merge verts command a lot and that the key combination of alt+M KEY is very cumbersome to use often. The mirror command of just M KEY, in contrast, is used quite a bit less. I think that everyone would benefit if the merge hotkey was switched with the mirror ...

IK/FK Matching
One feature that I haven't heard mentioned in the new animation overhaul is IK/FK matching. This is actually quite a big one. Most animators use FK exclusively for arm animation and a lot for legs. They will switch to using IK when they need their character to hold onto something, for example. This ...

Screen based coordinate system
I would find it very useful to have a transform option based on x, y coordinate system of the screen. This of course should be implemented to work with scale, translate, and rotation tools, as well as the new manipulator. Thanks. TorQ BTW is there still a feature request tracker? I couldn't find one...
