I have a good one. XSI has a feature called Gator, where you can transfer attributes of similarly scaled models to other models such as the rigging, UVS, morphs etc....

Hide backfaces in Xray mode
A few have posted this one, hide backfaces in XRay mode (very useful for retopologizing a mesh) and IMHO a necessity when the retopo mesh is heavy.

Join Weight Paint and Pose Mode Weight paint should be a Toggle in Pose Mode.
