blender crash

I finally have some understanding of when blender crashes on me. I have two machines that i get a regular crash one is an XP64 with with a Nvidia 7600 GT dual monitors (I think this is important) Xeon 5100's on a super micro x7DAE 4 gigs ram using blender 64 the other is XP32 with Nvidia Quadro FX 1...

"memoryblock free: pointer not in memlist" ?

Ok I was looking in the event viewer and found the faulting modue is nvoglnt.dll which is a nvidia driver so your right. Nvidia has a bunch of drivers series do you have a suggestion which one works with blender?

I have the newest one installed right now.

it's just that I have never had the problem with other versions of blender. I was kind of curious why with this build might this be happening.

crashing 2.42a

I have been experiencing a lot of crashs with 2.42a I think it has to do with when I select vertices (that's when it crashes) so, B, go to select in box format and it dies. I've tried it with the simple default file and select the cube and it crashes. I'm using windows xp service pack 2 2x xeon 3 gh...

Is there a way to export fluid files created in blender to other programs? I know I can export the meshes as singularmesh files But this seems impracticle.

is the reason I'm getting a demand for a user name and password to go to wiki because it's down or is there a need for a user name and password?
