Check the clipping of the camera. You may need to lengthen (increase) the end clipping.

Select the camera press F-9 and increase the END clipping.

Just a guess here...

Is your camera moviing? Perhaps it's moving into or behaind an object.

I did it and it didn't work.

I removed the null bones and all IKA solver constraints

Add a plane called it Floor

Put Floor constraint on the heel.

The rig does not stop at the Floor. :?:

Are the b-bone segments supposed to bend the mesh?

I named vertices to match corresponding bones, parented a mesh cylinder with corresponding vertice & joints but the mesh does not flex. Is there a missing step?

In edit mode, select your two vertices and press the "F" key. This will connect them with an edge. To make a face, highlight 3 vertices (for triangular) or 4 vertices and press the"F" key. You can not connect more than four vertices at a time.
