Just installed Dev C++ and I am very happy with it. Fits in very nicely with wxWindows. Also check out wxPythion and Boa Constructor for your basic "python needs".

That would be such a perfect world ... Unfortunately (over the years), I have watched the English language slowly decay in a world of instant messaging and voice text. Many times short phrases seem to be indicative of lazy typers and /or lazy speakers. I agree that it is a shame, but HEY, YA NO ?

This is one that I am suprised nobody mentioned. And also...
by "distributable", I did not mean for commercial purposes.
I am not looking to sell anything yet,(not for a long while) but I want to know that if I create a binary, it will run on other Win32 machines.
