Thanks for your reply wavk, this is what i did: 1) created a cylinder 2) pressed the N button 3) changed the size from 1.0 to 10.0 (for X + Y + Z) I can't imagine that computers are so inaccurate.... I mean hey its only a scale by factor 10x ---- I think I'm getting closer to the reason of this glit...

Inaccurate Scaling (Bug?)

Hi there, I've noticed an annoying bug/glitch in Blender v2.40 - 2.41 which is making scaling for objects inaccurate (the vertecies are not alligned correctly if you scale meshes like cylinders) It would be nice if this glitch could be fixed in the next version of Blender.
