hy, I just wanted to ask if you solved the problem already. I use ubuntu 6.06 where I can install blender 2.41 without problems - it works nearly; when entering play-mode it segfaults. I had this problem on debian woody where a apt-get dist-upgrade solved it :-) but this does not work here :-( any i...

I found a project called ARBlender where video seems to work:

Reformulating the question
I thought that the vehicle extention is official part of 2.42 - if it is not the question is when the vehicle-stuff will be in an "official" release and when will this release be available?.
