Problems in blender windows 8 64 bit
why does blender 2.66a render parts that are hidden, also It wont let me animate transparency or lighting. For instance if I set a key frame of an object to a solid material and then adjust the transparency and then add another key frame. It should animate the transparency. But its not. help

I cant change from CPU to GPU in blender 2.66.3
Got a new laptop. just for blender. My graphics card is a NIVIDIA GeForce GTX 675M graphics with 2 GB of GDDR5 video memory. Changed computer device to cuda in the blender user preferences. However there is no option to switch to GPU. Working in windows 8 and blender v2.66.3 Help.
