Sapling addon, leaves upside down ?

Made this tree by using the sapling addon in Blender. For some reason the leaves are only getting proper light when I put the lightsource under it instead of over it. Hi guys, My character model is naked and needs to pickup armor in the game. The question is: How do you approach this problem ? It's a 2D platform shooter, so the 3D is rendered to 2D animated frames. -> Can you model the clothes and armor as a seperate object and then join the object with the model...

I select a loop with ALT + Right mouse, but for some reason it doesnt go all the way around ? Is this the reason why the unwrapping doesnt work ?

How can I fix this :( ?

Can someone explain me why the rib doesnt come off if i put a loop around it and mark the seam ?

It should be seperated form the rest of the mess in the UV map ?

Thanks for your reply and here is a little update, I've finished the basic skin. I'd like to put detail in it and bake my colormap and normalmap from the highpoly model. I need to carve out wingpanels and flaps in some way. Now what would be the best way to proceed from here ? Should I build the coc...

I'm building this plane for a game. Without the subsurf it says Ve: 628 With subsurf it says Ve: 9073 And the plane isnt complete.
