If you make the animation and adjust the keyframes then save the .blend you may reopen to export the animation whenever you know exactly the whats and wheres. Education & Help section of www.blender.org

As textures are "Tweenable" in blender YES. However there may be a better workflow for your Blender Project than what you describe.
