Since that is not an official build of Blender, I suggest you mention it in the comments on graphicall or where ever you got that build. I received a warning from AVG Free that it detected a virus in the zipped package of build 2.67b-r58186-win32-vc11.zip during extraction. AVG found "Win32/Heri" in Blender.exe and BlenderPlayer.exe files. I'm almost certain this has to be a false positive, but I felt someone should at least be aware...
