I found out that many people want to use .blend files in their programs(i am one of them).However it's a little hard to do so because there is no documentation about the file format. The only solution is search deep in the source code,which can be a little frustrating for someone who doesn't know Py...

If you want to take advantage of every information stored in a .blend file why don't you make your own .blend file loader?Just study the file format(there is no documentation as far as i know,but the source code will do) and load required data manually.After all,OpenGL does not have its own 3D graph...

No i'm not talking about commercial affairs :wink: One of Blender's greatest disadvantages is to my opinion that you can't import or export to other 3d file types than .blend. It would be great if the next version could import/export .3ds files.Although Blender is almost perfect :D it could kick ass...

Audio problems with Geforce MX400 don´t always come up.I have the same model and no problems occur with sound. Ave!I don´t know if it´s the right place to ask but does anyone know how Blender works with VRML scripts?I know I can import them but they didn´t seem to work properly(when i imported my own scripts).
