Hello, I tried to solve similar problem today. I painted my script in the sequencer, then tried to export... I read your message, and wrote a little script. assign your greasepencil to an object in the 3d scene, then run this code. It converts 2d grease pencil layers to 3d. Then set an ortographic c...

since this thread didn't flood with ideas(I wonder why), here's a couple of others, this time more realistic probably(the libmv idea was discussed as not too real for a student): -Good working inset tool(macouno did a script for that). -Better decimate modifier. -Lod modifier - a modifier which can ...

My Idea: Integration of libmv in Blender workflow to help Blender initial tracking support and libmv more attention from outside. libmv is an opensource tracking library which is developed alongside and for blender by Keir Mierle and others. home here: http://code.google.com/p/libmv/ Libmv developer...

i think the idea isn't bad, but what you propose isn't really logical. Since if you set the Z of a raytraced material to the length of the total ray, you get the same problem with defocus, just turned around. Maybe there could be an option to have an user - specified number of z buffers+reflected co...

Hi, i tested it today on ubuntu feisty. libHalf.so.4 is what he wants/misses, it should be openexr related, but I didn't find it(just so.2 version) and - actually I'm really glad for this build, so if I make it running it'll be nice. I like to test new features, but am not yet used to do some buildi...

Hi, as a user, I'm definitly for "an united system for everything physical" Now, there are softbodies, rigidbodies, almost cloth, particles with collision, and fluids... What I think the most advanced parts are now Bullet rigidbody library, which is well optimised, and works with a realtime performa...
