Hey, I've come again with yet another noob-ish question. I've been trying to use the tutorial that I think is called "Animation in 30 Minutes". Apparently it wasn't thirty minutes because i have the Blender version 2.42a and this tutorial was for an earlier version. This tutorial was easy to follow ...

I was following a pretty basic tutorial... and i needed to use the subsurf button. But it isn't there... is this normal? I searched everywhere. It should be in Mesh under the Auto Smooth option, i believe. It's getting frustrating.

First off, let me apologise for being stupid. I just downloaded the newest version of Blender... i've always wanted to do 3D animation and now i think i've acctually have a shot at making a small movie. Sad thing is; i'm not very savvy with this kind of stuff. Are there any tutorials that show how.....
