Re: blender3d.ch down

if anyone needs (green-)hosting. e-mail me to:

marc, which is my first name.
at, which is the strange sign you add to e-mail-addresses.
chehab, which is my last name.
dot, a peculiar sign used to separate sentences.
ch, means Switzerland.

have a nice one. take care.

I could still use blender3d.ch. So a simple directory listing for mirroring files would be neat, wouldn't it? +ftp?

blender3d.ch down

hey there, I've been hosting a few files on blender3d.ch now for a few years. Today the site will be (has been already in fact) taken down. I now have a provider with unlimited capacity (traffic and space). So I will be glad to host any video tutorials for you guys. I could set up an ftp account to ...

I wrote myself a bf-blender cvs ebuild once too. it's good to have something like this.

on the other handside:
cvs update -dP && scons (on my computer) isn't too much to type. and you can apply patches alot easier than trough portage.

have a nice day.
yours, marc

Elysiun appears to be hacked. Someone is using their domain to send malicious emails around. Perhaps the admins have realised it, and pulled the site for now... Not only is it down, but I'm getting emails from the elysiun-website mailing list that are obvious attempts to get people to download and ...

Feature Request: Apply Material to Selected Objects

hi guys. maybe I'm just missing this, but anyway a simple feature request. It'd be quite simple to implement this for an experienced user I think. I select 1 object and apply an existing material, this is ok. But my idea is to have a small popup if I select multible objects and apply a material: App...

well spoted. yes that's totaly right! maybe as a curve with ext1,2 set, so you'd have a mesh-primitive (suzanne) and a curve-primitive (blender-logo)
