Blender 2.5 rotating view bug
Hi, when I try to rotate the 3d screen by holding the control key and using the mouse, the screen won't move anymore. Does anyone know how to fix this bug?

I think the GUI was mutilated after the 2.5 series, and should not be considered an "upgrade." If you didn't like the good GUI, then you should have gone somewhere else and left us loyal users alone. Leave us alone, and stop trying to change a perfectly decent program just because it doesn't resembl...

This "new" GUI is terrible. Please bring the old
Why did people have to ruin my favorite 3d program?! The old, pre 2.5 GUI design was perfect, but nooo, "It wasn't like Maya or 3ds Max." That was a good thing. Now I can't even use it; all of the controls are screwy, the keyboard shortcuts have been jumbled up, the GUI is cluttered in non-sensical ...

New Interface Woes
Is there a way to compact things like materials & mesh controls into only a few panels, like the earlier (and frankly better) interface? It's annoying how things are so inefficiently stretched out (where once 10 different controls would fit into a single square, now they literally span beyond the wh...

Particle Gravity
Is it possible to give each particle in a system it's own gravitational pull, by the laws of universal gravitation? This would be really neat, since it would be an N-Body simulator.

Which OS are you using? There should be a blender.exe or blender.app file for you to use. Did you download and run an installer? In Windows, there should be an entry in the Start menu. On OSX, simply find the downloaded file, unarchive it, open the unarchived folder, and the .app file will be there ...

Wood Texture Coordinates
The wood texture is based on a sine function, however because of this it repeats itself pi (or a multiple of pi) times in every direction, instead of 1.0 times every direction. Is it possible to code the texture to multiply the input coordinates by pi? Or does it have an advantage I'm not seeing? Fo...
