Rigging hands

I've rigged a character with vertex groups using weight paint. But there's one problem with part of it that I can't figure out. I rigged the hands where all four fingers bend at once and then there's the thumb but... ...Even though I know(for a fact) that I didn't miss any vertices, the hand gets we...

Hidden bones

Thanks. The only way I knew how to reveal hidden meshes was in the outliner window by clicking on "eye" icon.

hidden bones

I was rigging a character and testing the bones in pose mode and accidentally pressed the "H" button. I know how to reveal hidden meshes but I don't know how to reveal bones. Can someone please help?

Thanks in advance!

planting bones?

Hi,
Is there any way I could plant my character's feet bones like in 3DS Max? I figured there was probably a button or a constraint for it or something but I can't figure it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

Help with envelopes?

Hi,
The zone of influence on envelopes loses power as it goes away from the center. Is there any way to change that?

-Thanks in advance.

It would be GREAT!!! I wish you a lot of luck! I could provide you with .SKN meshes if needed. I don't know if that would help though.

skn editing

Hi,
I saw Milkshape 3D. A program where you can edit and save the .SKN format of sims skins. Unfortunateley my trial has ended. Could someone make some import/export scripts for Blender to edit The Sims .SKN files?

nif scripts

I had this problem too. If you have the latest version of Blender installed, you should go to niftools.sourceforge.net and make sure that you have the latest version of the nif scripts. That fixed my problem. Hope this helps. :)

When I got Blender, I was shocked to see all of the import/export scripts it had  . However it disapointed me a little to find out you couldn't use .max or .ma(.mb) format :? . So could somebody make those scripts? _Mad Matt
