This thread is over a year old. This functionality has been in Blender for several versions now. Yes, but the particle behavior in Jahka is vastly superior. For example, if you set particles to 'dynamic' and also choose 'spin', in Jahka the particle still follows a straight trajectory as it spins, ...

How do you install a PATCH?

I feel like a total noob... wait, i sorta am... but I cant find information on how to install a Patch for Blender. Is there a link or tutorial for noobs?

I cant get it to work. I need more info... like, where's the rest of the program? Do I ovverwrite another copy of Blender? What version? Does it need C++ to run? I tried it this way - I copied an existing Blender 246 folder, and dropped the contents of the zip you uploaded into it, overwriting the v...

Glitch in particles

This problem occurs when I've applied a curve modifier to the mesh being used as a particle, in Blender 2.45. As you can see, in the preview window the particles take on the modified shape, but in the render window they still appear round. Also, they don't appear where they do in the preview. http:/...
