Well I wouldn't want to bother him so... I'll wait, 'cause I'm not a developer :-(

How to compile?

Do you know if there are special instructions to compile under Zeta? Tried to run ./configure but it exits saying it doesn't find a suitable python interpreter... bu Zeta ships with python 2.2.x at least. Or it needs a specific version of python? Can you lead me to the author of those screenshots? I...

I've just downloaded the file on my iMac and uncompressed it, after having read about it in the same news on slashdot, and havng seen an OsX version. One question: is blender able to save files inthe .rib format so that we can use it as a renderer or not. thanks in advance long live and prosper Andrea

translating docs

hi, Ton I'm very pleased that we can now have the opportunity to have some organized documentation (at least, in the near future) on blender. I'm not a developer, just a simple user, mind you, and I have a full time job so I haven't much time (even less, 'cause my three years old daughter is a littl...

Many thanks Ton, I've just downloaded Publisher and to me it seems more stable than 2.23b for os X, though it has some little problems when rearranging windows in redrawing them correctly. One thing, so what are the differences from Publisher 2.25 and the version that come out of the compiling? Mind...

the philosophy of UI

First of all, I really like the interface as it is now it's one of the better interfaces out there, it's all in opening one's mind and in following the one rule at the base of it all: use both your hands. Os X compiling

I've downloaded the source yesterday at 20:00 and tried immediatedly to compile the source but I haven't done it. It seems to insist on finding some files (guess/guessconfig) in a folder called develop but I haven't found one in the blender folder: does this mean I have to create one first? Sorry bu...
