I'm sorry, I forgot I left this post. Actually I didn't forget to remove doubles but had a structure I forgot to delete within the link but figured it out soon after posting this thread... Sorry and thanks! I also figured out the goofos thing too. I had to get a newer version and it worked fine.

Normals wont face outside...

No matter how many times I try to reculculate normals outside, it just doesn't happen... Need help. Also goofos ASE locks up Blender at writing faces/creating geometry.

Okay, I have been doing many meshes for UT3 but anything slightly complex and the export process halts at writing faces and blender freezes... Helpm please!

Blender makes "making games" quite easy, but it's slow...specially with GLSL enabled Try the "no GLSL" version, maybe. Thanks, I'll give it a try. I haven't attempted to make a game in Blender but I plan to in the future. I mostly just use it to make meshes for other games and I must admit, it does...

Hello go to the YoFrankie site: http://www.yofrankie.org/download/ Inside the zip.file there's a very nice "splash" setup, and water too ( 200Mb? download) Bye That is actually a very good idea. Why didn't I think of that? Besides, i play it all the time. Very nice game but really hard on a system....

I usually just animate a normal image to give the effect of waves. What is it you plan to do with the water?
Actually try Google and search for "animating waves using normals." Should get something.
