First things I'd try os tp open a new instance of Blender, go to "open recent" under the file men, and try to open the file of the name you saved it under. If you open the file, and do not find your design, then do a search of your USB drive for a file with the same name, but with the file extension...

The word "perspective" in English has a couple of different meanings, and I suspect that you are using the word to mean something different than the Blender developers did when the decided to use the term. So let's go back to the beginning. Let's assume you have the default scene. When you move the ...

Without a screenshot of the whole viewport, of a link to a blend file, I'm less confident in my answer than I might be otherwise. Having written that, the first thing I'd look at is your workflow. One thing that would result in something like what you show is if you scaled the object (in object mode...

The short answer is that you would create the tunnel kit piece, then extrude from the ends, and rotate the extrusions. Doing this is not hard, but then it's not first Blender creation simple, either. There is a tutorial on the Blender Guru website on how to create an underground subway scene that de...

It's not so much that you're doing something wrong, as that you're missing a step. After applying the subdivision surface, you need to add four loop cuts to the face, two in each direction, slid nearly to the edge of the face. See the tutorial at http://youtu.be/ctQe1WnjR70

I'm not entirely clear what you are asking. If it's how to use the image you have to create background images for use in Blender, I'd do this in GIMP, or a similar tool. What I would do is to create a base template of about 1000 x 600 or 1000 x 650 pixels, I'd copy the top, left, and right sides int...

Stiv correctly noted that the object that is causing you confusuion is not the origin point, but the 3D cursor. If he mentioned that the origin point is the orange dot in the center of the mesh near the center of the viewport, I missed it. Also, I surmise that the problem you are having can be corre...

In English, the word "scale" has multiple meaning. Blender uses at least two of them. One use is to refer to the size of an object. In his usage, an item about the size of a human being might be referred to as in "human scale", while an object the size of a mountain might likewise be considered "geo...
