[feature request] Input nodes from inactive cameras

I'm not sure where feature requests go so I'm gonna post here. It would be very useful if the Compositor had input nodes which would allow the use of inactive cameras in a scene. If it's possible to implement, could the Blender team please add this in a future version? Scenes may have multiple camer...

Will Freestyle become part of the official Blender?

Although I haven't tried it yet, I've been hearing about this new feature called Freestyle which lets you render fancy outlines based on the 3D scene. From what I heard, it's currently available in a custom Blender build. I plan to use it for some future works, but wish to stick with the official Bl...

I did it here - it's a bit slow, but for your purposes, it might work alright. Thank you, that is an useful script. Though sadly, it wouldn't work for what I'm looking for. The generated terrain is too spikey, even if the plane is Set Smooth. I'm aiming to generate smooth hills and such, without us...

I wanna try doing something I had in mind for a while, but I'm not sure if there's any method of doing this... even a sloppy way of simulating it. What I wanna do is have Blender Game Engine auto-generate a random ter...

Any way to detect vertices assigned to multiple Vertex Group

Hello there, new user here *waves* I'm having a big problem with a mesh and would appreciate any help on solving it. I'm modeling a character for a game, but its engine does not render vertices that belong to multiple Vertex Groups well (they are drawn out of bounds and can cause spikes to poke out ...
