In my opinion it's a violation.
In no place I see the name "Blender" (he writes "3d rendering prof."), nor I see any mention to it being open source software, no links to gpl or lgpl (sorry don't remember exactly which one).

There's also another problem... I just read on the site: Image-based CSG rendering (also z-buffer CSG rendering) is a term that denotes algorithms for rendering CSG shapes without an explicit calculation of the geometric boundary of a CSG shape. Such algorithms use frame-buffer settings of the graph...

Booleans status in Blender

Hello, I don't have time to check Blender status lately but I recall booleans having some problems - I don't know if they are solved now.
I saw on opengl.org this link: http://www.opencsg.org/ that may come handy in future developments.

OpenMosix, Blender

Hello, looking in sourceforge to look for interesting projects I saw OpenMosix, a clustering kernel patch for Linux (it allows to build a cluster which behave liek a SMP machine using LAN connected computers, no need to use cluster-enabled libraries - just multi processed programs). How much difficu...

Blender crash with armatures, does this happens to me only?

Hello, I'm trying to study character animation, and doing this good tutorial from Malefico: http://argoslabs.com/~malefico/tutor/walking.html I downloaded the blend file that comes with it: http://argoslabs.com/~malefico/tutor/gameblends/walk_nla.zip When I select with right mouse button a bone from...

It works! If I create a cube, exit edit mode, reenter edit mode and do alt-M and u, the problem no more arises.

Alt-M, minor bug

Hello,
using alt-M on a mesh and then pressing u to undo the operation will make the mesh disappear into void.

The most important thing to say is: thank you for your time!
It's nice that somebody tries to teach others the dark way of the sequence editor.

Hello, just wanted to share with you my experience in using blender for level and object creations in an external game engine (Plib). I made a stunt car racing game which uses PLib and ODE, all modeling made in Blender (it's alpha, just to show what can be done - when I'll have time I plan to fix so...

That's because you're not using the correct texture coordinates settings, this site is mainly for developers so head on to www.elysiun.com where there is the user community. Click on the "tutorials" section and search for a texturing tutorial (I suggest you to try every of them). Also there's Ingie ...

Wow cool!

Great job, my compliments! With Italian keyboard, on win32 I can't insert [] or {} which is annoying as hell since I have to copy/paste from an external script (it seems the alt key is not recognized) but I haven't checked if in newer versions (2.26 and tohuppu) this has been fixed... if not, this w...
