At the moment i am becoming increasingly angry with the state of the Blender Foundation and community. Recently we have seen long delays on the manual. Unkept promises for the manual to be available for download once released. Flaming because i merely suggested that we think about planning Blender3...

If anyone wants a renderman like renderer with a little more features than aqsis you have pixie http://www.cs.berkeley.edu/~okan/Pixie/pixie.htm

I haven't had the time to try out pixie yet but the screenshots look promising!

Is anyone working on dynamic pixel/fragment shaders...

I have a question regarding if anyone is working on dynamic shaders for the blender internal renderer? It would be nice to get new shaders to blender without recompilation of the renderer.

I don't know of any way of aligning the view with the camera... But I usually split the view and set the camera in one 3DWindow and move the camera around in the other 3DWindow.

2) I don't know sounding on the max number of vertices the vertice index is most probably an "unsigned int" in the code. So it is a limitation in the source code. 3) Have no idea To change the "unsigned int" to an "unsigned long" could be trivial at best. Really hard at worst. It depends on the desi...
